Shafik is a very educated man. He was born in Tanzania. Dr. Sachedina attended college where he earned his medical degree and became a licensed dentist. After receiving his degree, Shafik practiced in the dentistry field for a few years in England. After practicing in the field, Dr. Sachedina began to grow intrest in the entrupenurship side of the medical field. After following through on his curiosity, Dr. Sachedina had researched enough information in order to establish his own company, which happens to be Sussex Health Care.
In addition to being an entrepreneur, Dr. Sachedina is also very active in different companies and different communities. For example, Dr. Sachedina is a members of several groups including the Aga Khan Development Network, Aiglemont; Chairman of FOCUS Humanitarian Assistance International Coordinating Committee. All of these organizations are extremely important because they focus on giving back to the community. Shafik has also been President of the Ismaili Council for the United Kingdom. He has worn many hats throughout his career successfully. Everything that he has done has been done with extreme greatness and success.
